You have up to 30 days after receipt of purchase to request an exchange or refund. All returns must be in original condition, unused and free of any damage. All returns must be packed in original packing materials. All returned items must be insured. Any damage in transit for uninsured returns is the responsibility of shipper. • Dish Envy's products are dishwasher safe!  Baked on or sticky foods can be removed by presoaking in warm soapy water.
• Do not place stoneware on direct heat, in the broiler, or any heat element.
• Bring stoneware to room temperature before placing in a conventional or microwave oven.
• Always use a trivet or hotpad when transferring stoneware from oven to countertops.
